Hello my Dream bees, I'm Alanna! I have always been a dreamer. I began dancing at the age of three and was introduced to a world of movement, imagination, determination and self expression. I danced as a proffessional ballet dancer in Canada, the United States, Switzerland and France.

I am a RYT 500h certified yoga instructor and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist passionate about sharing and inspiring others on their divine human experience.

Why I started my Youtube Channel

As a ballet dancer I always saw yoga as a physical practice. The more I started learning about the philosophy of yoga the more I began to learn about myself. Yoga became a powerful way for me to listen to myself. In the silence I could hear my body, my mind and my soul whispering to me. 

I began my Youtube channel to try and give others the space and silence to be with themselves. Even if you only have 10 to 30 minutes everyday, you can take the time for your peace and well being. 

I created Dream bee Yoga to inspire your yoga journey! To help YOU create your DREAM yoga routine.
