STEP 1. Creating your DREAM yoga routine can be overwhelming at the beginning. Let's simplify things, starting with your SANKALPA- YOUR INTENTION! Guide every yoga practice with a SANKALPA, a strong intention that speaks to your heart. Make your intention clear. This could be a phrase or affirmation that you keep for your day or even as a longterm goal. Every time you step onto your mat hold your hands over you heart and repeat your intention silently. 

STEP 2. Find what works for you. In yoga and Ayurveda BALANCE is key! Opposite energies create balance in the body + mind. For example, when you feel slow and lethargic, practice Sun Salutations for energy and when you feel overly anxious and excited, practice calming breath and yin yoga. 

STEP 3. Enjoy every moment of your journey! This is your moment just for you, nobody else!
